Councilwoman Bonner Attends Volunteer Recognition Luncheon

On April 13, Councilwoman Jane Bonner attended the Town of Brookhaven’s Department of Housing and Human Service’s Volunteer Recognition Awards Luncheon at the Rose Caracappa Center in Mount Sinai. During the luncheon, Councilwoman Bonner presented certificates of appreciation to 28 volunteers, honoring them for their service to the community. All of them volunteer at the Rose Caracappa Center as instructors and greeters.

“The volunteers at Rose Caracappa Center are a very special group of individuals,” said Councilwoman Bonner, “Their dedication to helping others in the community is something we can all be proud of and I thank them for the work they do.”
